Based in the Brisbane office, you will be part of a well-resourced construction team working closely with highly regarded Partners, experienced senior lawyers, and supportive junior practitioners. You’ll benefit from strong administrative support and exposure to complex, high-value matters for major institutional clients, including:

Supreme Court construction litigation

Large-scale infrastructure adjudications

Drafting and negotiating construction and procurement contracts

We’re looking for a motivated SA who brings:

5+ years’ PAE in construction law, or solid commercial litigation experience with a genuine interest in construction

Current Associate-level experience or readiness to step into an Associate role

A proactive, collaborative approach

A desire to build a long-term career within a national mid-tier firm
