We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive for our IT company who can bring projects from the market and help increase company sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Finding and acquiring new IT projects and clients

Generating leads through market research, networking, and online platforms

Communicating with clients to understand project requirements

Coordinating with the internal team to hand over projects smoothly

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements: Experience in IT sales or business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of IT services (web, app, software, digital solutions, etc.)

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
