Groundskeeper to Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park

Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our friendly team at Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our guests and long-term residents.

About the Role

You will play a key role in maintaining the presentation, safety and functionality of the Park by:

Maintaining and improving park grounds and caravan sites to a high standard

Mowing, edging, gardening, hedge trimming, and weed management

Safely operating, maintaining and cleaning grounds tools and equipment

Identifying and fixing minor maintenance issues

Spotting and reporting risks or hazards around the Park

Completing general maintenance and painting of buildings and facilities

Supporting upkeep of recreational areas and equipment

Employment Details

Casual role: 35to38 hours per week

Typical shifts: 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Availability required: Weekdays and occasional weekends

Pay rate: 33.38 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

Based on the Hospitality Industry (General) Award

Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

Respect for guests, residents and fellow team members

Good time management skills

A current Driver’s Licence

Local residency in the Geraldton area (no accommodation provided)
