What Your Day Will Look Like?
You will represent one of our exciting clients, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia for the iconic Ayers Rock Resort . You will be their brand ambassador and will play an integral role in acquiring, engaging and retaining customers.
You will be servicing new and existing customers, handling complaints, bookings and transferring credits via email, calls and web chat.
You will receive inbound calls and assist customers with booking accommodation, processes payments and book tour services
You will answer customer enquiries via email and web chat
You will put your multi-tasking skills to the test by navigating through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement
You are confident and resilient and are able to engage with a diverse customer base
You have a strong attention to detail
About the role:
This is a full time position and you are able to work 38 hours per week
Salary 53,000 + Super + Incentives + Penalty Rates
Shifts are Monday – Sunday 6am- 5pm
Shifts are 7.6 hours per day
The role is subject to background checks (that we pay for)
10 days fully paid training and ongoing support
After your 3 month probation period is competed the role moves to a hybrid work model, 3 days in office and 2 days from home to approved based on performance
