We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at a large-scale food processing facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting worker health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in a dynamic industrial environment.

Remuneration: 100K - 120K + Superannuation dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities for the role:

Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings.

Provide soft tissue release therapy and musculoskeletal care.

Manage and support Workcover injury claims in collaboration with our WHS and HR teams.

Develop and deliver tailored rehabilitation programs to ensure safe and sustainable return to work.

Engage with employees and leaders to build a proactive health and injury-prevention culture.

Health promotion initiatives (stretch programs, toolbox talks, fatigue management).

Ergonomic assessments of workstations and tasks.

Injury data analysis and reporting to drive prevention strategies

About You

Degree qualified and AHPRA registered Physiotherapist.

Strong interest in occupational health, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation.

Previous experience in Workcover case management or occupational physiotherapy preferred.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
