Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on OandM Engineer to keep our facility and equipment running smoothly. You will be responsible for routine inspections, quick repairs, and ensuring all technical systems are safe and efficient.

What You Will Do: Monitor and maintain facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems).

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

Fix equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot technical issues.

Supervise onsite technicians and external contractors.

Keep records of repairs and maintenance schedules.

What we are looking For: A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2+ years of experience in maintenance or operations.

Ability to read technical manuals and use maintenance software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
