Qualifications and Experience to Jewellery Consultant (Full time)

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales

Proficient in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin

General knowledge of gold and diamonds

Positive attitude with high integrity and strong work ethic

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player

Strong time management and organisational abilities

Must have Australian work rights

Key Responsibilities to Jewellery Consultant (Full time)

Demonstrate passion and professionalism in selling fine jewellery

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised shopping experiences

Educate clients on Lukfook Jewellery's brand story and product collections

Provide after-sales services, including repairs and resizing arrangements

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Qualifications and Experience to Cashier (Full time/Part time)

Minimum 1 year of cashier or relevant retail experience

Qualification or studies related to Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with cash handling and POS systems (preferred)

Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn with a "can-do" attitude

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Proficient in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin

Must have Australian work rights
