We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry. Description: The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.

Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and analysis.

Profile: A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.

Sector experience is ideal but not mandatory

Prior experience managing a team

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively.

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
