The Team & Role

Flinders ward is a 30 bed secure Geriatric Evalution and Management Ward (GEM), located in Mornington.  Our  dedicated and dynamic team specialise in the care of patients with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions including cognitive impairment and dementia. We currently have a permanent position available for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team working 16 hours per week.

Skills & Experience Required

• Registration with AHPRA as a Enrolled Nurse (Medication endorsed)

• Competent using basic computer programs

• Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster 

• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumer
