Zavanti is a leading provider of Dynamics ISV solutions for the Social Housing and Asset Management industry in Australia and New Zealand. Due to our rapid growth, we have a further opening for a Dynamics 365 ICT Business Analyst based in Australia. We operate a flexible work from home environment to support our client projects around Australia and New Zealand.

The role will involve analysing, supporting and configuring our products and infrastructure working with our team and clients. The work includes gathering and translating business requirements for new client implementations, ongoing support for clients and support in maintaining their business infrastructure. As you establish yourself opportunities exist for further consulting and product management roles, including finance solutions. You will need to deal directly with clients, generally by virtual communications working closely with our Product Delivery Manager and consulting team based in Australia and New Zealand.

Our team is small and close knit so good communication and people skills and being a self-starter are vital. We operate a flexible work environment with work from your home location.

You will be challenged with the need to solve complex business and technical related problems. In return we provide you the opportunity to work with Dynamics 365 with cutting edge portal and other Microsoft technologies like Power Platform etc.

Essential Skills and Experience

IT or related discipline degree.

Functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration and customisations.

Technical knowledge of Azure and Power Platform.

Technical knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server environments Active Directory and windows networking.

Technical knowledge of D365 On premise deployment.

At least 3 years' experience with the above environments.

Good communication skills.

Aptitude for learning.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients and internal resources to support and assist in implementations.

Provide ongoing solution and support for existing clients.

Support and maintain internal D365 on premise infrastructure.

Identify and escalate any business risks and issues as they are determined.

Work closely with our functional consultants and development team.

Be responsible for functional and technical aspects of implementation.

Telephone and on-site technical support.

On site client visits and workshops where required.

It would be a great advantage to have experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Package is negotiable based upon your experience.
