Handyperson/Gardener

Full-time Handyperson/Gardener required to join our Home Modifications team 

Location is Sydney Metro/ Greater Sydney West Region

Company car, mobile phone and tools provided

About the role: BaptistCare is seeking a full time Handyperson/Gardener to join our Home Modifications team. ?Your role is to provide timely and quality maintenance and modification service to the residential properties of the aged and their carers where appropriate. You will use your all-round handyperson, gardening skills and eye for detail to provide these services. This role is mainly managing lawn mowing and gardening and may be requested to provide occasional minor home maintenance and modifications.

About you:

We are looking for someone with: Previous hands-on experience in lawn mowing and gardening

General home maintenance/repair skills

The ability to complete jobs in a set timeframe and limited supervision

A trade qualification or background in building maintenance/carpentry/landscaping is preferred but not essential

Experience working within an aged care environment is desirable

A current driver licence

Ability to take on physically demanding tasks
