Major projects across resources, renewables, transport, and social infrastructure

Domestic and international arbitration

Litigation before the Supreme, Federal, and High Courts

Security of Payment adjudications

Construction contract claims (prosecution and defence)

Contract risk management and advisory work

Who we’re looking for: 5+ years PAE, ideally as a Senior Associate or Associate seeking promotion

Experience in back-end construction law, or a disputes lawyer with a strong interest in specialising in this area

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong academic performance and attention to detail
