About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender and an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy venue where quality service, atmosphere, and guest experience are key.

You will need your skills, speed, and attention to detail to deliver a best-in-class experience in a premium bar and nightclub environment.

Part time and Full time hours available.

Late night hours mostly!!!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare equipment, stations, and stock for service

Prepare cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard

Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service

Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar

Complete opening and closing duties as required

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium bar or nightclub

Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage production

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and late night hours

Strong attention to detail and presentation

Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

A strong work ethic and “can-do” mindset

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and late finishes

A valid RSA Certificate

Bar Supervisor to Additional Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of cocktail bartenders by example

Assist with service flow, team coordination, and standards on shift

Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume bar environments
