About the Role: RED Appointments is working closely with our client based in Hope Valley, WA, who is currently undertaking a rework project. Due to increased workload, multiple positions are available for suitably qualified Carpenters to join their switchboard manufacturing team.

This role involves the construction of transportable switchrooms, working in a clean, on-site environment.

Skills and Experience Required

Trade-qualified Carpenter (Australian or overseas qualification accepted)

Ability to accurately read and build from engineering drawings

Strong awareness and commitment to OHandS practices

Experience building transportable switchrooms (highly regarded)

Solid framing experience

Colourbond cladding experience

Key Responsibilities

Construction and assembly of transportable switchrooms to project specifications

Fabrication and assembly of switchroom frames

Installation of framing and Colourbond cladding

Adherence to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

What's on Offer

Immediate start available

Short-term assignment (approximately 4 weeks) to meet project deadlines

Long hours available: approx. 5:00am 5:00pm, 7 days a week (flexible)

On-site workshop with a clean, friendly, and open working environment
