Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a mixed-use commercial portfolio

Monthly site inspections for compliance and risk management

Lease administration, budgeting, and outgoings reconciliations

Oversight of property expenditure and financial reporting

Coordination with the Facilities Manager on complex FM issues

Management of service providers and contractors

Maintaining strong tenant and stakeholder relationships

Ensuring operational compliance and risk protocols are upheld

What You’ll Bring

Experience in commercial, retail, or residential property management

Exposure to large-format retail or bulky goods assets is highly regarded

Strong understanding of lease structures, budgeting, and compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience using property management platforms

A current Certificate of Registration
