A leading parcel delivery and logistics company (J and T Express) is hiring an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage and support operations across Saudi Arabia.

Locations: Riyadh Jeddah Dammam Madinah Makkah All KSA

Position: Logistics Supervisor

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics / courier / parcel delivery operations

Experience with last-mile delivery operations preferred

Key Requirements: Strong office-based operational skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage riders/drivers and daily delivery operations

Knowledge of parcel flow, dispatch, routing and reporting

Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets

Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, operations tracking)

Problem-solving mindset and leadership ability
