Air and Sea Freight Pricing and Operations Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Air and Sea Freight Pricing and Operations Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer emails, obtaining cost rates from international agents and networks (such as WCA, GLA, etc.), preparing competitive quotations for customers, and following up shipments from booking until final delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and emails related to air and sea freight shipments

Request and receive cost rates from overseas agents and logistics networks (WCA, GLA, etc.)

Prepare and submit freight quotations to customers

Coordinate and follow up shipments from booking stage until arrival

Manage both pricing and operational activities for air and sea freight shipments

Maintain clear communication with customers and agents throughout the shipment process

Requirements: Experience in air and sea freight pricing and operations

Good understanding of international freight forwarding processes

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: 5,000 SAR

Salary is inclusive of accommodation and transportation

Work Location: Dammam or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
