Contract/Temp: 150 to 225 per hour. ICT Project Managers to TSPV Required | Canberra (Onsite). Security Clearance: TSPV / TSPA (or ability to obtain). Contract: 12 Months + 2 x 12 Month Extensions.

Start Date: March 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity: GovRecruit is seeking 5 x ICT Project Managers to deliver projects within a large-scale Federal Government ICT program.

You will manage a portfolio of projects within a broader program of work, overseeing delivery from initiation through to transition to BAU and closure. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery capability across complex technology environments.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end ICT project delivery

Plan schedules, scope, resources and budgets

Undertake procurement and vendor coordination

Report to Program Managers and governance boards

Monitor deliverables, risks, issues and financials

Ensure alignment to strategic objectives

Transition projects to BAU and manage closure activities

Essential Experience: Proven delivery of complex ICT projects. Strong engagement with senior executives. Financial tracking and project reporting expertise. Risk and issue management capability. Ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable: Experience across PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe or Hybrid methodologies. Strong stakeholder negotiation and communication skills. Experience with government financial and governance processes.

Security Requirement: Must hold or be eligible to obtain Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance.
