Qualified Painter / Tradesperson to Full-Time

We are a small, well-established business seeking a qualified painter or tradesperson to join our team. We currently have opportunities available for a Leading Hand, Dedicated Apprentice, or an Experienced Brush Hand.

This is a full-time, long-term position suited to someone looking for stability and ongoing work. In return, we offer a consistent flow of projects, prompt and reliable payments, ongoing training, and a supportive, friendly work environment with no pressure.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

The successful candidate must be:

Trustworthy and honest

Reliable and punctual

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (EWP, scaffolding, roofs)

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Hold full working rights in Australia

Possess a valid driver’s license, White Card, and police clearance

Remuneration: Pay is award-based and dependent on skills and experience, offering up to 45 per hour, plus a work vehicle and fuel allowance.
