Café Cook Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced café or similar kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of café-style breakfast and lunch service (or willingness to learn)

Ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Consistent execution with pride in quality and presentation

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining kitchen standards

Clean and organised work habits

Ability to work well within a team environment

Positive, can-do attitude

Apprentice Chef Requirements

Genuine interest in cooking and hospitality as a long-term career

Apprentice chefs at any stage (1st, 2nd or 3rd year) are encouraged to apply

Willingness to learn, grow, and develop strong kitchen skills

Reliable with good communication skills

Ability to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pride in your work, organisation, and teamwork
