We’re currently seeking dedicated and experienced casual Personal Care Workers to join our community-focused team, supporting clients in Melbourne's Northern suburbs.

As part of our community-focused team, all staff must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and be ready and willing to travel throughout the region to support clients in their homes. This role requires regular travel and availability for both day and evening shifts, with particular emphasis on Mondays and Fridays.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred on their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:

Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering

Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)

Engaging in social activities as required.

Domestic assistance / housework.

What do we need from you?

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

Own vehicle

Australian Driver licence

First Aid and CPR

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Police check (valid within the last 3 years)

Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)

Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations

Experience in care role highly regarded
