The Role

We are seeking a versatile IT Support Technician to join our small, tight-knit team.

This is a full-time permanent role where you will support a diverse portfolio of local small-to-medium businesses. You won't just be a voice on a phone; you will be the face of our business, providing both remote and onsite support across the Adelaide Hills region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 and L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Assist with the administration of Microsoft 365 tenancies, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID.

Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure, stable connectivity for clients.

Networking fundamentals and VOIP

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with a methodical, "problem-solver" mindset.

Translate complex technical issues into easy-to-understand explanations for our non-technical clients.

Participate in new system builds, hardware upgrades, and site migrations.

About You

IT qualification or 1-3 years experience in a similar IT support or Managed Service Provider (MSP) role.

Proficient with Windows environments, M365, and networking. Familiarity with Mac or RMM tools is a bonus.

Based in or willing to travel throughout the Adelaide Hills. A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential for site visits.

You are a self-starter who values the stability of an established business but enjoys the variety of a small-team environment.
