The Role:

As a Sales Cadet, you will support day-to-day sales operations while learning every aspect of the property sales process, including:

Buyer and seller liaison

Assisting with property listings and campaigns

Attending home opens and inspections

Database management and admin support

Learning negotiation, marketing, and sales strategy firsthand

Skills and Experience:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Well presented with professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Interested in building a career in real estate (sales registration preferred or willingness to obtain)

Australian Driver’s License and transport is essential
