An exciting internal promotion has opened up an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Myer Concession Pad.

As the leader of this high-profile location, you’ll be the face of the brand -motivating your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional, one-on-one customer experiences.

You’ll oversee all daily operations, ensure visual merchandising excellence, and build a strong team culture, all while delivering the elevated service Rodd and Gunn is known for.

At the heart of your role is creating authentic customer relationships - and making sure they choose you, every time.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service

Achieving sales and exceeding budgets

Preparation of inventory for sales floor and visual merchandising

Visual merchandising understanding and passion for growth

Coaching a team to KPI excellence

Skills and Experience

A proven customer facing background- establishing and maintaining meaningful customer experiences

Retail sales and customer service- men’s fashion preferred but not essential

Energetic and positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently within a team

Excellent communication and time management skills

Passion for delivering world class customer service
