TradesCo is a remedial construction company based in Rydalmere. With a long established history in the industry, our highly experienced team in remedial construction specialises in projects valued between 50k to 7m. Providing specialised remedial services, our professional team continually surpasses clients' expectations.

We currently have vacancies for a Project Manager to join our team. Working throughout the Sydney metro region, you will use your broad skills to manage a variety of remedial works across multiple projects. This is full time position, this role will provide a variety and an opportunity to develop within the business.

As the project manager you will execute and manage multiple projects through to completion. You will liaise with clients, suppliers and work closely with our projects team to ensure all projects are successfully delivered.

Main Duties, Skills and Responsibilities:

Successful project delivery

Project planning scheduling and programming

Budget and costing compliance.

Working with contracts, subcontractors and suppliers.

Client communication and meetings.

WHSE, quality and reporting.

Proven track record in project management working in either, remedial and/or residential construction.

Holds either a tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline.

We will expect you to have:

Current driver's licence

White Card

Excellent communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Able to use Windows and Samsung phones for entering and updating information

Experience using workflow management software is preferred is essential.
