About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead from the front. This is not a back office role. You will be on the floor, coaching, selling and driving standards daily.

You will oversee key areas including the stock team, VM team and sales floor. You will ensure stock flow is seamless, visual standards are sharp and the customer experience is consistent every time.

You will build capability within the team, developing future leaders and creating a culture that delivers results.

Skills and Experience

Previous Assistant Store Manager experience in fashion or specialty retail

Experience leading high volume teams in a fast paced environment

Strong coaching and development skills

Confident managing stock processes and back of house operations

Solid understanding of VM standards and commercial layouts

Customer first mindset with a hands on leadership style
