At Melbourne City Toyota, the Business Manager is an integral part of our business. Being not only responsible for attaining Finance and Insurance results, they have the opportunity to work closely with the GM, sales manager and sales teams, to assist in closing sales and increasing finance share.

Our dealerships are synonymous with exceptional customer experience offering competitive and convenient finance options through Toyota Financial Services.

The successful candidate would be someone who:

Has previous automotive Business Manager experience (TFS experience a bonus)

Is hungry for outstanding results

Excellent ability to work collaboratively with the finance team, sales managers, sales team and general manager.

Positive approach to adapting and growing in an ever-changing industry

Has strict adherence to compliance

Has excellent time management and organisational skills
