IITS Consulting is hiring a Siebel Administrator to support a major Canberra-based engagement. A Baseline Security Clearance is required for this role.

Role requirements

Proven experience as a Siebel Administrator

Minimum 2+ years relevant experience

Strong knowledge of Siebel Application IP17+ architecture (Application, Gateway and Web layers)

Understanding of Siebel platform and integration components

Key responsibilities

Provision and maintain Siebel environments

Administer the Siebel Application Component Model, Virtual Layer configuration, and File System

Develop and maintain Siebel administration, migration processes, and technical documentation

Troubleshoot performance issues with an understanding of Siebel database layers

Liaise with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams, developers, DBAs, and Oracle Corporation support to resolve incidents

Support Support, Development, and Test teams with day-to-day administration activities
