Springfree Trampoline is a globally recognized, innovative recreational brand dedicated to safety and quality. We are currently seeking a highly organized and autonomous, part-time Warehouse Storeperson to manage the independent, day-to-day operations of our Melbourne warehouse in Cheltenham.

Position Overview:- This role is responsible for the independent management and day-to-day operation of the Melbourne warehouse. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, you will ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, compliance with WHandS requirements, and high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and work closely with the Installation and Warehouse teams.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:- Independently managing all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stocktakes

Maintaining accurate inventory control and overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the facility

Ensuring the warehouse remains secure, organised, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHandS) legislation

Identifying operational issues and implementing appropriate solutions to maintain efficiency and service standards

Providing onsite support to Sales and Customer Service teams

Engaging directly with customers as required, demonstrating product knowledge and identifying sales support opportunities

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:- Minimum 5 years’ warehousing experience

Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Sound judgement and decision-making capability

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication and customer service skills

High level of attention to detail and organisational ability

Adaptability in a dynamic operational environment

Experience in dispatch systems and basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

Warehouse or logistics qualifications an advantage (but not required)

Position Type:- Permanent Part-Time, Permanent Residency required
