Build the Engine Room of a Scalable Supply Chain
Eco Outdoor is seeking a high-potential Supply Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our Waterloo Head Office. This role sits at the operational heartbeat of our inventory network. You will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, stock accuracy and supply continuity across our warehouse and franchise network.
You will build foundations in inventory planning, ERP systems, supply coordination and cross-functional problem solving within a growing international business.
The Impact You’ll Make
You will work closely with purchasing, warehousing and global logistics teams to support the flow of information and materials that underpin customer outcomes and deliver improvements in:
Inventory accuracy and data integrity
Stock availability and allocation discipline
Supply visibility and proactive issue resolution
Planning maturity across purchasing and operations
What you’ll be accountable for:
Inventory and System Integrity
Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite ERP.
Process stock adjustments, transfers and documentation with precision.
Support allocation processes to maintain healthy stock levels.
Identify discrepancies and support root cause resolution.
Supply Monitoring and Coordination
Monitor inbound supply timelines in partnership with purchasing and global logistics.
Proactively communicate risks, delays or shortages.
Support structured resolution of supply disruptions and contribute to implementing systemic fixes
Franchise and Stakeholder Support
Coordinate franchise inventory transfers.
Manage stock transfer documentation and system processing.
Respond to inventory and supply queries professionally.
Continuous Improvement
Leverage your continuous improvement mindset to support improvements to inventory processes and controls.
Contribute insights from data analysis to strengthen planning discipline.
Help embed structured workflows and governance rhythms.
Success in 6-12 months will look like:
Demonstrated ownership of inventory data accuracy.
Improved visibility of supply risks before operational impact.
Strong credibility with internal stakeholders.
Contribution to improved stock health and allocation discipline.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Experience
2 years + in supply chain, logistics or operations (or a strong desire to learn).
ERP exposure (NetSuite advantageous but not essential).
Capability
Strong numerical aptitude and confidence interpreting data.
High attention to detail and structured working style.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Mindset
Accountable and reliable.
Team-oriented with curiosity.
Eager to build a long-term career in operations or supply chain.
