About the Role

Business Operations Manager

St Aloysius’ College is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to provide high?level executive and operational support across the Business Operations portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Business Operations Manager will deliver professional administrative, organisational, and strategic support, playing a critical role in forward planning, managing key relationships, coordinating communication, and overseeing projects to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Business Operations Office.

They will also oversee and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met, and will lead the development and implementation of administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency across the Business Operations portfolio and the College more broadly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement, initiative, and a commitment to confidentiality while engaging with staff, parents, Board members, and external stakeholders. Extensive experience in executive administration, office management, or business operations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information, in accordance with College policies, rules, and regulations.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and develop positive relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders across the College community.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to prepare reports and recommendations.

Demonstrated experience preparing information and drafting correspondence, including reports, memos, presentations, and other documents and analyses.

Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to a wide range of stakeholders.

Effective and efficient conflict?resolution skills.

Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check.
