We are seeking 2 x Paediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Windsor, NSW.
This role is ideal for Nurse Practitioners who enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and who are passionate about supporting children and families through thoughtful, coordinated care.
Our Clinician Care Model
A full-time clinical workload at The Daisy Clinic is intentionally structured as 38 hours per week, comprising:
25 hours face-to-face clinical work (including a mixture of in-clinic and telehealth consultations)
10 hours administration
3 hours dedicated to the 3R’s
The 3R’s are the cornerstones of our clinician care model, reflecting how we support our team to do meaningful, sustainable work. The 3R’s include:
Reflection to case review, collaboration, peer consultation, and supervision
Refinement to professional development, supervision, and skill development
Renewal to protected time supporting wellbeing, boundaries, and the right to disconnect
These hours are protected and intentional, recognising that excellent care requires thinking time, learning time, and rest.
Clinic Hours and Shift Structure
We operate a structured two-shift model to support balance and predictability.
Clinic hours: MondaytoFriday: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Shift options: Morning: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm | Afternoon / evening: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Each shift includes approximately 5 hours of clinical service delivery.
Nurse Practitioners work a mix of in-clinic and telehealth consultations, rotating between: in-clinic child consultations telehealth parent consultations follow-up consultations care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The balance of in-clinic and telehealth work may vary depending on clinic needs and service demand.
The Role: The Nurse Practitioner role at The Daisy Clinic is centred around holistic care for children and families within a multidisciplinary environment.
You will work alongside psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and other clinicians within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to support children through comprehensive assessment, care coordination, and ongoing clinical support.
While the role currently includes participation in the clinic’s Comprehensive Clinical Intake Assessment pathway, it is intentionally designed to remain flexible and responsive to the needs of children, families, and the broader multidisciplinary team.
Nurse Practitioners play an important role in helping families navigate complex developmental, behavioural, and health concerns, ensuring that children receive coordinated and thoughtful care.
Responsibilities may include:
Conducting clinical consultations with children and families
Participating in comprehensive clinical intake assessments
Providing care coordination and clinical guidance for families navigating multiple services
Supporting multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
Undertaking developmental and behavioural screening where appropriate
Providing follow-up consultations and monitoring care pathways
Contributing to clinical service development within the multidisciplinary team
Collaborating with internal and external providers to support coordinated care
As a growing service within the clinic, aspects of the role may evolve over time in response to the needs of children and families, as well as the strengths and interests of the clinicians within the team.
What we're looking for
Essential criteria include:
Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
Eligibility to access relevant Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) items available to Nurse Practitioners
Eligibility to prescribe under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) where appropriate
Experience working with children, young people, or families, and a strong interest in paediatric and developmental health
Excellent clinical reasoning and holistic assessment skills
Strong communication skills and reflective practice
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Working With Children Check
First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Clinicians with backgrounds in paediatric, developmental, mental health, or community child health settings are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration
Full-time salaried position.
Indicative full-time earnings: From 155,000 + superannuation, aligned with experience and clinical expertise.

The role is designed to allow Nurse Practitioners to work to the full scope of their training and endorsement, contributing to clinical decision-making, multidisciplinary care planning, and the ongoing development of paediatric services within the clinic.
