The Role

Rent reviews & lease renewals

Final bond inspections

Initial 6 week inspections

Managing rent arrears

Overseeing and delegating tasks to your assistant

About You

3–5 years Property Management experience

Current WA Property Management Registration

Valid WA driver’s licence

Professional, organised and relationship-focused
