Projects Delivery Manager - Commercial Construction

Lead project delivery for a growing commercial builder. Run key projects, mentor site supervisors and PMs, and shape how projects are delivered.

The Opportunity

Reeman Constructions is entering an important stage of growth, taking on larger and more complex commercial projects, increasing the need for stronger operational leadership across the business.

To support this next phase, the business is seeking an Projects Delivery Manager who can bring structure, planning discipline, and practical leadership to the delivery side of the organisation.

This role will appeal to an experienced construction professional who enjoys being close to the work — managing their own projects while supporting and developing Site Supervisors, Project Managers and Junior Project Managers across the team. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving problems early, guiding others, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and professionally.

If you have the industry experience coupled with the practical business and team management knowledge to bring value to this fast-paced, future-focused business in the region, read on.

About the Business

Reeman Constructions is a well-established family-owned commercial construction company based in Taree on the NSW Mid North Coast.

The company works closely with local subcontractors and clients and takes pride in delivering projects that contribute to the communities they operate in.

This is a team of capable, down-to-earth professionals who take pride in doing great work. Relationships matter here — with clients, subcontractors, and each other — and the business values people who bring practical thinking, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership to the work they do.
