About Us
Western CPAP is a rapidly expanding provider of comprehensive sleep and respiratory care, with locations in Rockingham and our new purpose-built facility in Myaree. We provide diagnostic and treatment services across sleep apnoea and respiratory care, including Level 2 home-based sleep studies, CPAP therapy support, and soon Level 1 in-lab sleep studies at our Myaree location.
Working closely with our associated business, Oxygen West, we offer patients a broader respiratory care pathway and our team the opportunity to work across multiple aspects of sleep and respiratory health.
We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer care and a high standard of clinical support, using advanced diagnostic equipment and leading therapy brands including ResMed, Philips, Fisher and Paykel, Löwenstein and BMC.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sleep Clinic Coordinator (Tuesday to Friday, 38 hours per week) to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Myaree clinic, spanning sales, administration, stock control, team support, and front-of-house coordination.
This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys variety and can combine strong customer service and commercial awareness with excellent organisational skills. You may come from a CPAP, sleep, respiratory, pharmacy, medical administration, or specialist retail background.
You will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, patients are well looked after, stock is well managed, the front counter operates efficiently, and the broader team is well supported.
For the right person, there is also the opportunity to be involved in more clinical and technical tasks such as CPAP consultations, therapy support, and sleep study coordination.

About You
You are organised, proactive, commercially aware, and confident dealing with people. You enjoy a role with variety and are comfortable balancing patient interaction, administration, sales, stock management, and operational responsibilities.
