Are you passionate about 4WD parts and eager to take the next step in your career? Super Motor Spares is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team. You will be working along side 8 highly experienced parts interpreters, who specialise in 4WD parts for mining, fleet and workshop clients.

Key Responsibilities: Front counter sales and assistance.

Assisting clients in identifying and sourcing parts via phone, email and in person.

Support senior staff with order processing and inventory management.

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in person.

Follow up and expedite outstanding orders.

Learn and develop knowledge of 4WD parts and systems.

About you: General mechanical knowledge of cars and 4WDs.

Excellent communication with a focus on client delivery and customer service.

Must have sound computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

Positive and receptive attitude with a growth mindset.

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Previous retail or trade experience. Toyota experience will be highly regarded.
