About Us

We’re Endless and CO. an Australian jewellery brand designed for everyday wear. Our pieces are waterproof, tarnish-resistant and made to last.

We’re a small but fast growing ecommerce brand based in Noosaville, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership and contribute ideas, not just do a job.

The Role

This role starts with order fulfilment, warehousing and customer service, with opportunities to get involved in product development, marketing, content, promotions and brand growth as the business expands.

You’ll play an important role in our day to day operations and help deliver a great customer experience across orders, support and content.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Packing and dispatching daily online orders

Keeping stock organised and inventory accurate

Managing customer emails, enquiries and returns while delivering a great customer experience

Supporting day to day ecommerce operations

Appearing in and helping create content for social media (product videos, promos and behind the scenes)

Pitching in with other tasks as the business grows

You might be perfect for this role if you are:

Highly reliable and detail oriented

Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on providing great customer service

Organised and able to manage tasks independently

Someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, improving processes and finding ways to help the business grow

Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to social media content

A passion for jewellery, fashion or growing brands is a big plus.
