About the Roles: We are currently filling temp assignments for motivated residential property managers, assistants, and administrators who take pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.  Whether you thrive on end?to?end portfolio management or prefer focusing on specific tasks such as:

Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections

Lease preparation and renewals

Processing tenant applications

Managing rent arrears

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

We have roles to match your strengths. With positions available right now across Adelaide, you can choose the type of assignment that suits you best.

What We're Looking for We would love to hear from you if you have:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a real estate office (property management experience highly desirable)

Current Property Management registration

Strong understanding of SA property management legislation

Confidence using software such as Property Me, Property Tree, REST, ALOI, Real Estate Manager or Console

Experience using iPads for inspections

A current SA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

The ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly in new environments
