Trademark Signs is looking for a Sign Designer / Graphic Designer / Signage Manufacturer to join our team inside Gympie’s most advanced and well-equipped sign workshop.

Gympie QLD | Full Time or Casual | Monday to Friday

This role suits someone who enjoys working across the full signage process. From client job intake, quoting and design, through to production and seeing projects installed in the real world.

You will be part of a team producing high quality signage for businesses across the Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Cooloola Coast regions.

We are looking for someone practical, organised and creative who enjoys working on real projects and seeing their work come to life.

The Role

Design signage layouts and other print media

Prepare client proofs and artwork approvals

Quote signage projects and assist with job planning

Measure jobs onsite when required

Prepare files ready for print and production

Work alongside the production team to deliver finished signage

We are looking for someone who understands that good signage design considers production, materials and installation from the beginning.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail when preparing artwork and taking measurements

Strong design and layout skills with a creative flair for developing concepts suited to each client and project

Ability to design with production and installation requirements in mind

Experience preparing artwork files correctly for print and production

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Strong communication skills

Manual driver’s licence

Highly Regarded

Experience using CorelDraw

Experience using a flatbed roller application table

Familiarity with Roland large format printers and cutters

Experience with sign manufacturing or installation

Experience with vinyl application or vehicle graphics

Our Workshop

You will be working in Gympie’s most advanced and well-equipped sign workshop, producing a wide range of signage including:

Shopfront signage

Vehicle graphics

Printed signage

Custom fabricated signs

MX graphics

Our workshop includes professional equipment such as:

Roland large format printers and cutters

CNC routing equipment

Modern signage fabrication tools and production equipment

Inhouse steel fabrication equipment

This means you will be working in a true full-service sign workshop, where designs go from concept through to real finished signage.

Opportunity
