Berri Regional Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate and relationship?focused Educator to join our dedicated team. This permanent part?time position offers 24to37 hours per week, with flexibility for the right applicant.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

Build warm, secure relationships with children using a primary caregiving approach

Create inclusive, engaging learning environments

Assist in planning and implementing play?based learning experiences

Work collaboratively with a supportive and professional team

Communicate respectfully with families and contribute to shared learning goals

Embed the Centre philosophy into everyday practice

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Holds one of the following (or is actively working toward it):

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrates genuine warmth, patience and respect for children

Values teamwork, communication and reflective practice

Is committed to nurturing strong relationships with children and families

Is passionate about contributing to a supportive, community?focused environment
