An exceptional opportunity to join a well-respected Sydney based firm as Business Services Manager / Senior Manager. Newly created practice led by ex-big 4 Partners, based in Sydney.

My client prides itself on the quality, integrity and professionalism of both their staff and the compliance work and advice that they provide to their clients. Their client base are the wealthiest family group clients - predominantly SME businesses; a large number of property developers but also retail, publishing, schools, mining, advertising, marketing, manufacturing, professionals - High net worth individuals (doctors, solicitors and barristers).

In your position as Manager you will possess the ability to manage your own client portfolio maintaining all business activity. You will be CA qualified and be extremely technically minded with 8-10 years’ experience in a local Mid-Tier CA firm. It is imperative to continue to build strong relationships with existing clients as well as forging new productive relationships. You will be directly responsible for preparing billings, budgets and proposals. You will be a decisive and natural leader as you will be supervising and mentoring junior staff. The successful candidate will be very presentable as client facing is a large part of this role. You must be confident, articulate and have excellent communications skills.

All employees receive excellent training at the firm including fortnightly technical training.
