Role Description

Location: Silverwater, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer / Design Coordinator to join our growing team based in Silver water. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in full house joinery design and interior design, who enjoys coordinating between clients and an overseas design team.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the key point of communication between clients and our overseas design team in China

Host design meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-up actions

Conduct on-site measurements and collect project-specific information

Participate in material selections, design consultations, showroom support, and general interior design tasks

Assist in preparing and coordinating design documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements: Full-time availability and ability to work from our Silver water office

Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to travel independently to sites for measurements.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in joinery design and/or interior design related fields

Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Solid understanding of interior design documentation, including CAD drawings, finish schedules, and 3D visuals schedules
