Remuneration: 30.21 per hour, plus casual loading

The role:
Based at our Kogarah facility, you'll play a vital role in our catering operations, ensuring patients and staff receive nutritious, high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, serving meals, and supporting our dietary requirements programme.
Role requirements:
Current Food Handlers Certificate
Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow HACCP and Food Safety Principles, policies, and procedures in line with required standards.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, organisational skills, and ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines.
Ability to work well as a team member as well as independently.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Ability to cover a rotating roster across 7 days.
