The Opportunity

This part?time, remote Creative Video Expert role is designed for experienced video creators and storytellers who want to influence the future of AI?generated video. Rather than producing traditional deliverables, you will apply your creative judgment to review, critique, and improve AI?generated videos.

You’ll experiment hands?on with early?stage generative video tools, evaluate creative quality, and help define the creative standards that guide how these systems evolve. Your insights will directly influence how AI interprets storytelling, composition, pacing, motion, and narrative clarity across future video experiences.

Required Skills

Professional experience in video production or visual storytelling (e.g., editing, cinematography, creative direction, documentary, post?production, motion design, UGC content creation).

Strong understanding of design principles including composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, narrative structure, motion, and audio.

A portfolio containing at least 3 video examples showcasing strong storytelling and visual craft.

Ability to clearly articulate creative decisions and provide structured creative critique.

Comfortable collaborating with cross?functional teams in design, research, engineering, and product.

Desirable Skills

Curiosity about generative media and emerging creative technologies.

Interest in how AI can expand new forms of storytelling and video creation.

Experience evaluating or critiquing creative work in structured settings.

Comfort working in an exploratory, evolving environment with ambiguous problem spaces.
