Injection Molding Machine Operator

Jobs: ‏We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations. The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.

‏Responsibilities: Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently

‏ Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers

‏ Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials

‏ Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues

‏ Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects

‏ Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs

‏ Reduce machine downtime and material waste

‏ Train and guide junior operators when required

‏ Follow all safety and quality standards

‏Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Machine Operator

‏ Strong expertise in injection molding machines, molds, and operating systems

‏ Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production problems

‏ In-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing conditions

‏ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

‏ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

‏ Good communication and teamwork abilities
