About Us

Signs SA is a growing, high-performance signage business delivering standout work across South Australia. We specialise in commercial signage, large-scale projects, and premium vehicle wraps.

Our vehicle wrapping division is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled leader to help take it to the next level.

You will be joining the only 3M Gold certified vehicle wrpping centre in Adelaide and leading a team of young, skilled and motivated individuals in a custom designed wrap centre.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Wrap Specialist / Leading Hand to take ownership of our vehicle wrapping division.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

Lead and deliver high-quality vehicle wraps (full wraps, partials, fleet work)

Train, mentor and develop our motivated team

Set standards for quality, efficiency, and consistency

Help refine and improve wrapping processes and workflows

Work closely with production and management to ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

Proven experience in vehicle wrapping (essential)

High attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to lead by example on the tools

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques

A mindset for training and developing others

Good organisation and communication skills

Bonus if you have experience with:

Fleet branding projects

Large-format signage installation

Process improvement or team leadership
