The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Estimator to join our team.

This role focuses on:

Preparing and managing tenders and quotes

Handling incoming enquiries that do not always require site visits

Interpreting plans, specifications, and client briefs

Working closely with production and project teams to ensure accurate pricing

Managing multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously

This is a desk-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and delivering accurate, timely work.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t necessarily need signage experience — but you do need to be:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and margins

Able to manage multiple quotes and deadlines at once

A clear communicator (written and verbal)

Commercially aware and able to think ahead

Able to read plans and tender documents

Motivated and reliable

Experience in estimating, construction, signage, print, or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
