Location: Mine Site to near Emerald, QLD (Bowen Basin)

Roster: 7/7 FIFO or DIDO | 12-hour shifts | Accommodation provided depending on your experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Qualified Experienced Electricians to join our dry coal separation plant team with XG Mining at the Project near Emerald. Responsible for electrical operation of Dry Separation Plant monitoring operating performance, maintenance and repair.

Skills and Experience Required

Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Electrical Technology

Relevant Background:

Over 12 months’ relevant experience as an Electrician in coal handling, washing plant, or dry separation (FGX or similar) operations (desirable).

Training and Competencies:

Queensland Electrical Licence.

CPR and LVR certificates or ability to complete.

HV Certificate.

Queensland Coal Board Medical (current or able to obtain).

EEHA Competency (Electricians).

First Aid Certificate.

Valid Australian Driver’s License.

Technical Skills:

Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Strong understanding of industry standards and specifications.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Proven experience in installation, fault-finding, and repair of electrical equipment.

A commitment to safety, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
