About PACT

PACT Physio and Rehab is a boutique physiotherapy clinic in Miranda focused on complex and chronic pain conditions, with trigger point dry needling as our primary treatment modality. We treat a lot of chronic neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, whiplash, and musculoskeletal overuse injuries. We're getting busier than one pair of hands can handle and we're looking for the right physio to join us.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical associate role. I'm looking for an experienced physiotherapist who wants to sharpen their dry needling skills under direct mentorship while building their own caseload in a fully equipped, beautiful clinic space.

You'll have access to my treatment room during business hours (10am to 3pm) and I can start referring patients to you immediately. The goal is to grow your caseload quickly, at a pace that suits you.

I'd recommend starting with 2 days per week, ideally spaced across the week (Monday or Tuesday, and Thursday or Friday) so you can see the same patient twice weekly if needed. But the days and hours are completely your call. Work as many or as few days as you want.

What I'm looking for

Registered physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)

Trigger Point Dry Needling Certifications

Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience. You need to be confident working independently with occasional input from me

SIRA approval (workers compensation provider number), or willingness to apply

Own professional indemnity and public liability insurance

A solid clinician who wants to add a genuinely effective pain management tool to their practice

Ideally based in or near the Sutherland Shire

Bonus: if you have skills in content creation (AI tools like HeyGen, CapCut, ElevenLabs, or basic cinematography for social media advertising), that's a huge advantage. We're actively growing our digital presence and the right person could be involved in that too

About the Mentorship

I've built PACT around trigger point dry needling for conditions that haven't responded to traditional treatment. If you've seen my content on social media (@thedryneedlingphysio on Instagram and Facebook), you'll have a good sense of how I work and what I treat.

You'll be working independently in the clinic during the day while I treat in the evenings, so you'll have the treatment room to yourself. I'm available to discuss cases as needed, and demand at the clinic is high enough that I can help you build your caseload quickly. The mentorship side comes through case discussions, clinical reasoning development, and learning the dry needling approach that's driven PACT's growth. Real patients, real feedback, and a pathway to building your own reputation in this space.
