Investment Relationship Manager

MSL Property Group is seeking a polished, commercially astute and highly relationship driven professional to join our Head Office in Hamilton.

This is not a standard business development role. It is an opportunity for a capable operator to step into a strategically important position within a growing property business, focused on creating new investor relationships, securing new management appointments and contributing to the continued expansion of our property management division.

The role is ideally suited to someone who is confident in the market, understands how to build trust, and can identify and convert quality opportunities with professionalism and credibility. You will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening referral pathways and working closely with our investment team to ensure each new client is transitioned into management with a high level of care, communication and presentation.

MSL Property Group takes a more considered approach than traditional property management. Based at Head Office in Hamilton, the successful applicant will play a key role in expanding MSL’s management presence by identifying opportunities, building new investor relationships and supporting the seamless onboarding of new managements in collaboration with our investment team.

The role will involve

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the property management division

Creating and building strong relationships with investors, landlords, developers and referral partners

Securing new management appointments and converting qualified opportunities

Working closely with the investment team to ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience

Representing the MSL brand with confidence, credibility and strong presentation

Supporting the visibility, positioning and continued expansion of the property management division

Contributing to broader business initiatives as the company continues to evolve

To be considered, you will ideally have

Experience in business development, property management, leasing or a related client facing role

Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills

A polished, proactive and commercially minded approach

Confidence in creating opportunities and converting new business

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A motivated, results focused mindset with a genuine interest in property and investor outcomes

Real estate experience highly regarded
